Hey, I’m Stephanie! I’m a personal trainer that uses minimal equipment, accountability, and consistency to help beginners set attainable goals, create long-lasting change, and build a happier, healthier balanced life. You’ll leave each session feeling capable, powerful and confident.
In my younger years I was always looking for an escape to feel good; partying, drinking and dancing the night away. I was not taking care of myself physically or mentally. I was always sick, unmotivated and stagnant. I wasn’t ready to give up the “party life” so I made one small change, as simple as substituting almond milk for cow milk in my fridge and that kickstarted something in my brain. I knew I had to make an even more drastic change in my life, to make my health a priority and I became sober in 2012. During that time I delved into yoga and that is when I discovered that I could use movement to gain clarity and use it as an outlet for the journey I had embarked on. This on-going passion to heal my body has led me to complete trainings and obtain certifications in many areas of fitness and wellness.
My journey is constantly evolving. I am learning how important it is to take care of my mental and emotional health as well. Therapy, medication, sleep and hydration work hand in hand with nutrition, movement and of course self-love and kindness each and every day.
I love how I feel now – capable, confident, and strong.
